Avoid delays

When requesting technical assistance for a product without valid support, it can take up to 2 working days before support is activated. Avoid the delay by activating support already before filing your support case.

Submit your request to support portal and follow how it progresses. Support portal shows also the history of support cases you have reported. If you are a registered Teleste Intercept customer and don’t already have access, you can request it using the form below.

Report issue

If you are not yet a registered Teleste Intercept customer and need technical assistance, you can report an issue by using the support request form. You don’t need to have an access to the support portal, but your case is registered and you can later follow it in the portal.
